This is due to lead times on some of our items which will be noted in our correspondence. In addition, you may also submit a request for quotes on shipping and / or tools made from your supplied drawings, and we will usually get a reply back to you the same day via email or phone. Since the aircraft we support operate all over the world, we also ship internationally and have done so as far away as Australia. Ask us about shipping to your international location.Fees and costs:
- Credit card fee: 3.5%
- Bank Transfer fee is $15 for our bank (Purchaser’s bank may also charge a fee they are responsible for)
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and fees, to be paid by Purchaser to their destination
Payment for prototypes and tools made from customer supplied drawings may require payment up front. This is due to the high cost of special tooling and materials, etc., that may be involved. Cancellations and full refunds can only be made within 1 business day of the order submission for tools made from customer supplied drawings that we do not plan to produce in production. After one business day, there may be a charge for the labor, materials, and / or machine tooling already invested. We accept major credit cards and wire transfer. Other payment methods my be accepted on a case by case basis. This policy may be waived at our discretion.
