Actuator Endplay Check Tool
The actuator end play check is a Beech requirement on mechanical actuators every 1000 cycles or 30 months. This usually requires the actuators to be removed from the aircraft. King Air 200 Engine Mount Bolt Installation Bullet

King Air Windshield Wiper Tension Tool
This is our substitute for the necessary OEM P/N: XW20509 / 02314-0023-0001 tool called out in the maintenance manual of various Beech aircraft. We have seen some middle-man suppliers try to charge over $2000 for these, which is ridiculous. We offer it at a reasonably low price.
King Air Wheel Bearing Cup Installation / Removal Tools
(Usually consists of 4 tools: Cup removal plate, cup removal hub support, cup installation plate, and cup installation hub support) These are necessary to correctly remove the wheel bearing cups using an arbor press as called out in the manuals. Since there are many manufactures and part numbers of wheel assemblies, you will need to specify what you have when contacting us. We have many drawings for many wheels, but there is a chance you will have to send the drawing from your AMM or CMM. Note: This price is for one wheel’s set of cup removal tools. Check your manuals to see if you need two sets since some nose and main wheel hubs have different bearing and tooling requirements.

King Air Cabin Pressurization Plate
Easily troubleshoot pressurization problems and leaks using your shop-vac exhaust port and hose. Simply install in place of the panel under the aircraft behind the nose gear and plug in the vacuum hose. Shop-vacs usually only put out around 1 psi, but push enough volume to be effective for troubleshooting leaks. This will save you a ton of money over paying a huffer shop to tell you where the leaks are. Note: Due to occasional variances in the panel hole patterns on these aircraft, some minor additional hole adjustment of this plate may be required. End user is required to provide the sealing gasket consumable. This price is for single port design.| For better visibility, these workaids will come with a NAS1756-24 red streamer attached to the tool in leu of any warning placards.
Starter / Generator Bench Block
The starter / generator is held inverted on the dampener plate bushing for maintenance. It can be rotated by hand 360 degrees easily, without having to wrestle it all over the bench or the flight line. Also features flats on the sides for use in a vise. Made of solid plastic.
King Air Cabin Partition Removal / Installation Tool
The tool is inserted between the door and the partition to engage a #8 screw attached to the retractable, spring loaded pin. The hook end serves as the pin puller to disengage the pin from the cabin structure, while the “V” re-inserts the pin.
Cabin Doorstep Retract Spring Shop Aid
The cabin doorstep retract mechanism uses a very strong spring in the system, which is very difficult to install. This is our version of the shop aid used on the assembly line to install the spring.
