This fixture can be used to lubricate the ¾” flap roller bearings with a simple grease gun. Both large and small flange type bearings can be serviced for periodic maintenance manual requirements. Overall task takes only seconds for a completely lubricated bearing.(Roller bearing not included)

We referenced the OEM specifications for the obsolete Chatillon / Beechcraft tool and incorporated a current production Chatillon model with the puller and pusher rods. This was at the advisement of Textron since the old model scale was discontinued decades ago, but are still required. Our fixture is intended to serve as equivalent to Beechcraft part number 45-135030-9/810 in the “basic and -96 setting” under United States CFR § 43.13 Performance rules (general) (a). We accomplished this in the design by referencing the “local manufacture” drawing in chapter 20 of various Beechcraft maintenance manuals, dimensions and observations from actual OEM units, drawings provided by Federal Mhar, and verification of dimensions by Textron. The result is the AP-BEE270-15-X is able to acquire the same (or better) level of precise and accurate, trim tab free play measurements. Note: This is a fixture only.
